I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the Sierra Nevada mountains. the prices were really reasonable, offering great value for money. Secondly, the staff were so attentive and welcoming, making us feel like part of their family. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, situated by a park and in close proximity to the ski slopes. Lastly, the rooms were equipped with terraces that overlooked the breathtaking mountains, providing a stunning view to wake up to.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were perfectly fine.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sierra Nevada! the value for money was unbeatable. The prices were extremely reasonable, especially considering the location to the ski area. We loved how close we were to the slopes, and the fact that there was a bus service to take us there made it even more convenient. After a long day of skiing, we appreciated being able to grab a drink at the hotel when we got back. The service from the staff was exceptional, they were attentive and friendly. The basic amenities in the hotel were more than sufficient, and our room with a terrace overlooking the mountains was absolutely breathtaking. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and provided us with the energy we needed for a day on the slopes.
Nothing to complain about, everything was great!

The room was big and very clean, the staff were as good as we would expect and the breakfast as filling as we needed.Lots of parking. We didn't have dinner in the hotel so cannot comment on that.
Google maps seems to think this hotel is right in the centre of town when in fact it is about 10-15mins drive. This was fine if you have a car. Don't use google maps to navigate your way. Look out for a sign on your left saying "citymar hotel 300m". It is off a little slip road at that sign. One other thing was the croissants weren't fresh everything else was perfect!!

The hotel is in a lovely position and very convenient for skiing in Sierra Nevada
The receptionist, tried to over charge on the bill. when it was pointed out, he became very agitated, and agressive and told us never to come back to the hotel again. There was a similar problem with the next client.

The hotel provided shuttle service to the ski slopes, which was very convenient and saved us some money. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they were always ready to help with any questions we had. The continental breakfast was good and had a decent variety of choices. The hotel is located in a scenic area with plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy.
The walls were thin, and we could hear a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms, which wasn't ideal for a good night's sleep. The room was a bit outdated, and some things were in need of maintenance.

Unwelcoming, sparse and a cold atmosphere. Non smoking room was an intense smell of smoke. Management would not change room. Free shuttle bus as stated only went once and came down once a day......hardly a shuttle?
